The first one is there this thing called ladders and ropes! people can use those to get across. People have done it since the mid-evil times. So it wont help.
and the cost is like estimated to be 20 billion dollars and that is a huge amount of money that we cant afford to lose because Trump wants to make a wall. The maintenance to keep it in good shape to will surpass the 20 billion dollars in 6 years. The wall thing is just not a good idea.
In his defense though i think hes just saying it. I dont think hes serious at all. So still vote for Trump for president and make America Great Again!

I understand what you are saying. I don't like Trump but some of the points you are making to prove him wrong are a bit absurd.

I agree with you that the wall is a bad idea. If we build a wall the immigrants will just build tunnels like the drug traffickers use now. There is also no way the Mexican government will pay for our wall because Mexico earns a lot of money from immigrants who live in the US and send money back to their families in Mexico. This money provides a huge chunk of their economy and this wall would take away a bunch of that money.

Realistically it makes no sense and even if we could legally find a way to make the Mexican government pay for it, there's no way they could without completely destroying their economy and consequently making more migrants leave the country and likely try to enter the U.S. I'm also not convinced that Trump is "just saying it," as just spouting off nonsense has no place in a political campaign.
